  • 2. Off balance sheet disclosure

    At the year ended 31st March 2019 the company owed £1,767 to J.H. McVey (2018: £1,100) by virtue of his director’s current account position. The amount is non-interest bearing and repayable on demand. The company owed £3000 (2018: £8,000) to J.H. McVey by virtue of a director’s loan to the company. The amount is non-interest bearing and repayable on demand.
