The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis even though the Balance Sheet is reporting a negative total asset position. Included in liabilities due within one year is the amount of £38,215 (2018: £36,015) owed to the company directors. The directors have confirmed they will not seek repayment of amounts owed to them until the company has sufficient resources to do so without compromising other creditors. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
