1. Accounting policies
Basis of measurement and preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102 Turnover policy
Income represents total funding received excluding VAT, where applicable, relating to contracted services provided in connection with the provision of information, advice and guidance for adults.

2. Post balance sheet events
The directors decided not to pursue any alternative contracts after the company's contract to deliver the National Careers Service on behalf of the E&SFA expired on the 30/09/2018. Therefore, 2 of the leading companies; Prospects Services Ltd and C&K Careers Ltd have ceased to have significant control from 18/03/2019 and 16/04/2019 respectively.
The company has ceased to trade from 01/04/2019 and has deregistered its VAT with HMRC.
