The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 29 September 2014.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 29 September 2014 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections
394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The abbreviated accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents ground rents from the leaseholders of Selsey Court.

The company has no other income or expenditure in its own right following the transfer of the retained profits to
a separate service charge fund under the statutory trust provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

All transactions in the year, apart from the ground rent collections, relate to maintenance of the common parts.
Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the
property that do not form part of annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All
service charge monies received from the residents of Selsey Court are held on trust for the residents.s service
charges, ground rent and other levies due from the members.

3. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

On 30 September 2010, the whole of the retained profit of the company was transferred to a separate service
charge fund, as required by the statutory trust provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Additionally, all
of the company's profit for the year ended 29 September 2014 was transferred to the service charge fund on 29
September 2014.

The service charge fund is held in trust on behalf of the owners of the individual properties at Selsey Court.

All of the property owners are also members of the company, and include all of the current directors.
