Related party transactions

At the year end the company was owed £102,365 (2018 - £128,865) by Pemstone Properties Limited, a company of which M J Crouch is a director.
At the year end the directors, M J Crouch and J A Crouch were owed £59,409 (2018 were owed - £6,771) by the Company.
During the year the company received project management services totalling £Nil (2018 - £Nil) from TMP Associates Limited, a company 50% owned by M J Crouch. At the year end the company owed TMP Associates Limited £57,200 (2018 - £53,835).
