2.	EBS TRUSTEES LIMITED DIRECTORS' REPORT

The directors present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018.

Principal activities

The company's principal activity during the year continued to be the provision of managed services to their

portfolio of trust clients. The total funds under management for the year were £757,411 (2017 £408,410).

There has been a growth in sales during 2018 of 25%. This coupled with strong cost control has delivered year

on year improvement in trading activities. This growth trend has continued strongly into 2019 where the

investments made during 2018 in recruitment and training continue to deliver positive results.

The final 2018 out-turn has, however, been adversely impacted by prior period asset impairments.

Finally, the company's reserves position has been strengthened during 2018 following the rescinding of £60k of

prior period dividends.

Political and charitable donations

During the year, the company made no political or charitable donations.

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 December 2018.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
