Included in debtors is an amount of £31,455 (2017: £49,939) in respect of directors' loan account. Interest is charged on this loan at the official rate of interest.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
