For the year ending 31 December 2018 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. -
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. -
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. -
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Guarantees
In January, pruning work was completed on trees to the rear of the property, liability for these was with Mr Brown and Mr Brierley, costs were split evenly.
In June the garage door was broken into; the mower and various other children toys were stolen, repair and reinforcement work was completed to the wooden garage door. A new mower was purchased and moved into the garden shed.
In November Mr Brown had a wood burner installed requiring a separate flu to be fitted in the chimney stack.
No other work was undertaken this year on the building with only minor garden tools purchased.
The major expenses this year were the buildings insurance and the garden.
