| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
| (a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |

| 1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
| Rom Soccerleagues Limited is a |
| company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page. |
| 2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements are presented in pound sterling which is the functional currency of the company and |
| rounded to the nearest £. |
| Turnover |
| Revenue is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, |
| value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Goodwill |
| Goodwill, being amounts paid in connection with the acquisition of a number of businesses, is being amortised |
| evenly over its estimated useful life of 5 years. |
| Intangible assets |
| Intangible assets are initially measured at cost. After initial recognition, intangible assets are measured at cost |
| less any accumulated amortisation and any accumulated impairment losses. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Tangible fixed assets under the cost model are stated at historical cost less accumulated depreciation and any |
| accumulated impairment losses. Historical cost includes expenditure that is directly attributable to bringing the |
| asset to the location and condition necessary for it to be capable of operating in the manner intended by the |
| management. |
| The Company adds to the carrying amount of an item of fixed assets the cost of replacing part of such an item |
| when that cost is incurred, if the replacement part is expected to provide incremental future benefits to the |
| Company. The carrying amount of the replaced part is derecognised. Repairs and maintenance are charged to |
| profit or loss during the period in which they are incurred. |
| Depreciation is charged so as to allocate the cost of the assets less their residual value over their estimated useful |
| lives, on a straight line basis. |
| Depreciation is provided on the following basis: |

| Computer equipment | - | 25% | straight line |
| The assets' residual values, useful lives and depreciation methods are reviewed, and adjusted prospectively if |
| appropriate, or if there is an indication of a significant change since the last reporting date. |
| Gains and losses on disposals are determined by comparing the proceeds with the carrying amount and are |
| recognised in the Statement of Comprehensive Income. |

| Taxation |
| Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to |
| the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or |
| substantively enacted by the statement of financial position date. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the |
| statement of financial position date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from |
| those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that |
| have been enacted or substantively enacted by the period end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the |
| timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they |
| will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
| Accounting period |
| The financial statements cover the 14 month period to 31 December 2018. The period end has been extended in |
| order to align the accounting reference date with other related party companies. The comparatives cover the 12 |
| month period to 31 October 2017. |
