1	General information

The company is a private company limited by share capital, incorporated in England and Wales. The address of its registered office is Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

2	Related party transactions

A director and shareholder of the company has a joint loan account with his wife, who is also a shareholder. Their loan was overdrawn by £30,574 at the year end (2017 - £17,446) and was overdrawn to a maximum of £48,725 in the year. During the year the company made total advances of £85,723 (including cash advances) and received credits of £72,595 (which included remuneration and dividends not drawn by the director and shareholders).

Another director and shareholder of the company has a joint loan account with his wife, who is also a shareholder. This loan account was overdrawn by £1,105 at the year end (2017 - the loan account was in credit) and was overdrawn to a maximum of £22,888 in the year. During the year the company made total advances of £65,933 (including cash advances) and received credits of £64,828 (which included remuneration and dividends not drawn by the director and shareholders).

No interest is charged on these loans which are repayable on demand.

3	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 8 (2017 - 5).

4	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts disclosed in the balance sheet

Included in the balance sheet are unpaid employer pension contributions of £153 (2017 - £107).

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

For the financial year ending 30 November 2018 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
