| 4. | DIVIDENDS |
| The company has a deficit of shareholder funds of £274 (2018-£41,972) by virtue of paying an unlawful |
| dividend, the consequences of which could require that part of the dividend to be repaid. |
| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS |
| During the year the company received an interest free loan from a company under the control of the director. The |
| amount outstanding on the loan at 31 March 2019 was £17,460 (2018- £Nil). |
| The director acknowledges his responsibilities for: |
| (a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
