The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. A profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

1	Accounting policies
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.


2	The Liability of guarantors

	The company is limited by guarantee without share capital. Every member of the company undertakes that if the company is wound up while he/she is or within one year after he/she ceases to be a member, he/she will contribute to the assets of the company such amount (not exceeding £10) as may be required for payment of the debts and liabilities of the company contracted before he/she ceased to be a member and the costs, charges and expenses of winding-up and the adjustment of the rights of the contributories as between them.


3	Other costs

	The cost of the annual return fee was borne by third parties without any right of reimbursement.
