PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of acquiring the freehold property known
as 47-60 Cheniston Gardens in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and to control, supervise,
maintain and manage the same for the benefit of the lessees of the residential flats comprised therein.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Tangible fixed assets
The company has charged no depreciation in respect of Freehold property. The Company policy is to
maintain the building to a high standard. So, a depreciation charge would not present a true and fair
view.
