1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provision applicable to companies subject to small companies’ regime.

Turnover policy
The Company did not trade during the year and, accordingly, it made neither a profit nor a loss. Therefore no Profit and Loss Account is attached.

Other accounting policies
For the year ended 31 May 2014 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant accounts.

The company was under the control of Newcourt Residential Ltd during the year.
