The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'. This is the first year in which the financial statements have been prepared under FRS 105. No restatements were required to the prior year as a result of the transition.
