The company had no employees during the financial year.

Fixed assets of £734 represents the cost of the freehold interest in the properties at 130, 132 & 134 Castle Hill, Reading.

The balance due from related parties is in respect of share capital of £11 which is owed to the company by the members' service charge fund.

The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial period. During this time the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore no profit and loss account is presented in these financial statements.
