1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents gate receipts and income from other football related activities.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Depreciation is calculated to write down the cost of fixed assets on a reducing balance basis over
their expected useful lives. The rates used are as follows:-

Plant and machinery 15%

Other accounting policies
Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, on the assumption that
the company will continue to receive the support of its directors and creditors.

Leased assets
Rentals payable under operating leases are charged to the profit and loss account on a straight line basis over the period of the lease.
