1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Other accounting policies

Going concern The company’s cash at bank and in hand at 30 September 2018 was £2,378. The directors are seeking additional equity and grant funding to provide working capital. Pending receipt of new funds, operations have been suspended in order to conserve cash. The cash currently available is expected to be sufficient to meet the reduced level of expenses for the foreseeable future, and therefore the accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis.
