  • For the year ending 31 March 2019 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
  • The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
  • The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

  • Guarantees
    The Company and it's director are currently defending itself in a legal claim for negligence brought by a patient who is the Claimant. The Company's insurers went into liquidation during the currency of the claim.

    The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) have stepped in to cover 90% of the associated legal costs. The claim value is £50,000 and the estimated total legal costs is expected to be circa £300,000.

    Provision has been made in the Accounts in respect of the estimated 10% non recoverable total legal costs, but 90% of the estimated total legal costs are to be recovered from the FSCS.
