1 General information
The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is 16 Heronsgate Trading Estate , Paycocke Road , Basildon , Essex , SS14 3EU , United Kingdom.
2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was 1 (2017: 1 ).
3 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
The Director has an interest free loan account with the company, which is repayable on demand. At 30 November 2017 the company owed the director £5. Following advances to the director during the year, at 30 November 2018 the director owed the company £1,877. This has been repaid to the company within nine months of the year end.
For the year ending 30 November 2018 , the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476; The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
