The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 August 2018.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2018 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

All the members have consented to the preparation of an abridged Income Statement and an abridged Balance Sheet for the year ended 31 August 2018 in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

CASTLECAP INVESTMENTS ONE LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares , registered in

England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on

the Company Information page.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A

"Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in

the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been

prepared under the historical cost convention, and are in sterling (£), which is the functional currency

of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

Going concern

At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that

the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.

The directors therefore adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial

statements.

Turnover

Turnover represents the amounts derived from the provision of goods and services falling within the

company's ordinary activities, after deduction of trade discounts, value added tax and any other

other taxes.

Investment property

Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from

changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss.

Taxation

Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement,

except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in

equity.

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been

enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

Deferred tax

Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed

at the balance sheet date.

Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods

different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured

using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that

are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference.

Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is

probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future

taxable profits.

5.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Castlecap Investments One Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Castlecap Investments Limited.

During the year £51,904 (2017: £9,131,333) has been loaned by the company to Castlecap

Investments Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount owed to the company is £9,183,237

(2017: £9,131,333) and is disclosed within note 4 of the financial statements.

Castlecap Investments Two Limited is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Castlecap Investments

Limited.

During the year the company received loans totalling £5,962 (2017: loaned £2,000) from Castlecap

Investments Two Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount owed to Castlecap Investments Two

Limited is £3,962 (2017: Owed to the company £2,000) and is disclosed within note 5 of the financial

statements.

Castlecap Investments Three Limited is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Castlecap Investments

Limited.

During the year the company received loans totalling £71,334 (2017: loaned £179,000) from

Castlecap Investments Three Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount owed from Castlecap

Investments Three Limited is £107,666 (2017: £179,000) and is disclosed within note 4 of the

financial statements.

Castlecap Investments Four Limited is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Castlecap Investments

Limited.

During the year the company received loans totalling £181,658 (2017: £Nil) from Castlecap

Investments Four Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount owed to Castlecap Investments

Four Limited is £181,658 (2017: £Nil) and is disclosed within note 5 of the financial statements.

Castlecap Investments Five Limited is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Castlecap Investments

Limited.

During the year the company received loans totalling £28,336 (2017: loaned £79,000) from Castlecap

Investments Five Limited. At the balance sheet date the amount owed from Castlecap Investments

Five Limited is £50,664 (2017: £79,000) and is disclosed within note 4 of the financial statements.

Castlecap Investments Management Limited is a company under common control. During the year

the company loaned £4,537 (2017: £Nil) to Castlecap Investments Management Limited. At the

balance sheet date the amount owed to the company is £4,537 (2017: £Nil) and is disclosed within

note 4 of the financial statements.

Castlecap Residential One Limited is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Castlecap Investments

Limited.

During the year the company loaned £2,972 (2017: £Nil) to Castlecap Residential One Limited. At the

balance sheet date the amount owed to the company is £2,972 (2017: £Nil) and is disclosed within

note 4 of the financial statements.

Castlecap Developments Limited is a company under common control. During the year the company

loaned Castlecap Developments Limited £96 (2017:£Nil). At the balance sheet date the amount

owed to the company is £96 (2017: £Nil) and is disclosed within note 4 of the financial statements.

Castlecap Developments Strand Limited is a company under common control. During the year the

company loaned Castlecap Developments Strand Limited £96 (2017:£Nil). At the balance sheet date

the amount owed to the company is £96 (2017: £Nil) and is disclosed within note 4 of the financial

statements.

All loans were interest free and repayable on demand.
