The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 July 2018

Principal Activities

Supporting not-for-profit and charitable activities using social circus and theatre and arts skills as engagement tools to develop the personal and social skills of disadvantaged and/or disabled young people

Political and charitable donations

No political donations made. Donations are given to social circus/theatre projects that support our aims: see Principal activities of the company.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

Everyone has equal opportunity; there are no barriers to working with us. We promote inclusion and accessibility.

Additional information

Our company is limited by Guarantee, not by Shares. Our Board of Directors take no fees for their work. We are a conduit to raise funds to support projects delivering projects to disadvantaged young people and require these projects to made reports and their accounts available to us.

1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation

We keep excel spreadsheets of all activities, we add them to Quickbooks and take information from the Quickbooks files.

Turnover policy

We receive money from crowdfunding donation and donations through our website or direct donations; all are recorded. We give money to projects that fulfil our Aims and Objectives to deliver their projects. We require from them a detailed Report and Accounts/Bookkeeping detail

2.Surplus or (deficit) before tax

We keep any funds remaining from any 'tax' year to give forward to the next projects that we are able to fund.
