1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
The company did not trade during the year and incurred no liabilities, consequently it made neither a profit nor loss.

No staff costs were incurred during the year and the directors received no remuneration for their services to the company (2013: £nil)

The company's ultimate parent undertaking and controlling party is GH Newco 2 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
