During the year L Roberts had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £4,253 [owed to the company] (2017 : £634 [owed to L Roberts]) and the maximum balance outstanding during the year was £9,022 (2017 : £4,269).

To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 31 July 2019 the company would be required to pay 32.5% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan.

The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered.
