The interest element of these obligations is charged to profit or loss over the relevant period. The capital element |
of the future payments is treated as a liability. |

Land purchased for a cost of £400,000 in the last accounting period as well as the costs associated with the |

arrangement if it so desires at which point the deposit would be refundable. |
