Statement of compliance

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The company has not traded during the period. During the period, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.
