1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

6 Manor Drive (Surbiton) Management Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee , registered in

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

BASIS OF PREPARING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

These financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2017 are the first financial statements of 6 Manor

Drive (Surbiton) Management Limited that comply with FRS 102. The date of transition to FRS 102 is 1 January

2015.

The transition from previously extant UK GAAP to FRS 102 has resulted in a small number of changes in

accounting policies compared to those used previously. No restatement of prior period figures is required as a

result of the transition to FRS 102.

The financial statements are presented in Sterling which is the functional currency of the company.

TURNOVER

Turnover comprises maintenance contributions receivable from the members.

TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS

The company's freehold property is stated in the accounts at cost. No provision is made for depreciation as in the

opinion of the directors cost is a fair reflection of it's market value, and as such any depreciation would be

immaterial. Annual impairment reviews are carried out in accordance with FRS 102.
