1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. Turnover is recognised
in year the service is provided.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Freehold property - not provided
Pitches - 10% - 20% on cost
Plant and equipment - 20% on reducing balance

Grants and donations
Grants and donations received in respect of capitalised expenditure are treated as deferred
income and are amortised over the expected useful lives of the related assets.

Other grants and donations are recognised in the profit and loss account so as to match the income
with the expenditure towards which they are intended to relate.
