1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
The company was under the control of Ms F Cotton throughout the current period. Ms F Cotton is the managing director and sole shareholder.

Included in other debtors is an amount of £1,035 (2013 £1,035) owed by FC Cotton & Co Ltd. Ms F Cotton is the sole director and shareholder of FC Cotton & Co Ltd.
