The average number of persons (including directors) employed by the company during the year was 0 (2017 - 0).

The company has a legal claim against it by one of the leaseholders.

This claim has been settled for £30,000 with costs of £16,000. £15,000 has been paid leaving an outstanding balance of £31,000 as at 30 June 2018.

Any costs incurred by the company in respect of this claim are set against accumulated profits arising from ground rents and other income and not from service charges. Payments will only be made when sufficient funds are available. No provision for these payments has been made in these financial statements.
