3. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
The company was under the ultimate control of the owners of each flat. The owners were represented during the |
year by the directors Mr G H Schuring and Mr P Nolan. |
4. | LIMITED BY GUARANTEE |
The company is limited by guarantee and does not have a share capital. Every member of the company |
undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company in the event the same being wound up while they are a |
member, or within one year after they cease to be a member, for payments of the debts and liabilities of the |
company contracted before they cease to be a member, and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and |
for the adjustment of the rights of the contributors amongst themselves, such amounts as may be required not |
exceeding £1. |
5. | PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT |
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of |
the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown |
in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of annual accounts of the company and |
are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are held |
on trust for the residents. |
