For the year ending 30 June 2018 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
At the end of the accounting period £24,880 was due to the company from the director. During the year advances were made of £617 (2017 - £724) and repayments of £26,421 (2017 - £3,530) resulting in a balance due to the director of £924. Interest is charged at H M Revenue & Customs official interest rates on amounts due to the company. In the comparative period, the director charged the company £1,500 for costs incurred on its behalf and time spent on its affairs. In the current period travel costs of £408 have been reclaimed from the company by the director.
