During the year the company entered into a cross-guarantee with MLG Developers Ltd, a group company. The guarantee is secured by a legal charge and debenture over the company's property at 64 Dalston Road, Carlisle, CA2 5NW and all other company assets and undertakings. The maximum liability pertaining to the guarantee at the balance sheet date was £347,901.
