1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities.

Turnover policy

The turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents amounts receivable on contracts obtained from third party customers during the year, exclusive of Value Added Tax. Time costs on each on-going contract are billed monthly to the customer and income is recognised in the profit and loss account at this time.
